View import vehicles for sale from the Import Shop located in city (marked with a red car on the map).

All import vehicles cost 1 ESC Voucher to be purchased from the Import Shop, so the choice is entirely up to your preference.

After purchasing a package, use the command  /redeem {tebex transaction id}  in city and the ESC Vehicle Voucher(s) will be added to your account. You can view the amount currently in your character's account when in city by using the command  /esc  - for item packages like Custom License Plates, the item will be added to your character's inventory after running the /redeem command.

ESC Vouchers cannot be transferred between characters. Please keep this in mind before using /redeem as they will be applied to the character you are currently on.
